Mrs.Aten was my son’s geometry teacher, a subject he struggled in from day one. She always went above and beyond to help him succeed, and offered many days of after school help so he could do well. When quarantine hit we all wondered how he would fare finishing geometry at home. Mrs. Aten continued even virtually to go above and beyond so that he may finish with a better grade than we could have imagined. She is truly what an educator should be, supportive!
